Pickups

For all pickups in the Greater Toronto Area, our warehouse can be found at:

To ensure a smooth handoff process, please coordinate the pickup time and any additional details with your Next-Gen team contact including:

  • Pickup window (maximum of 2 hours)

  • Pickup driver or company contact information (minimum of 48 hours before pickup)

Deliveries

There may be an associated delivery charge dependent on the size of the delivery, to be worked out directly with your Next-Gen team contact. For deliveries within the GTA, please provide the following:

  • Delivery window (2 hour maximum)

  • Name and telephone number for the on-site contact

  • Address and on-site location for the delivery. Please ensure that any on-site security has been notified, if applicable.

Returns

For all returns, please confirm with your Next-Gen contact on whether you will be returning the product directly to our warehouse or if you require a pickup from your location. Please note that pickup may incur an additional fee. To guarantee a smooth return process, please ensure:

  • All product is repacked into the provided bins, avoiding overstuffing to prevent damage

  • Any damaged product is set aside in a separate bin

  • A pickup window (maximum of 2 hours), address and on-site location, and name and telephone number for the on-site contact is provided 48 hours before scheduled pickup (if applicable)
